ytd the whole class went for health check at school. my forward bendin test still positive. sadde. though the nurse said its alright to be positive. as i am only 02 degrees. she told me not to worried. but how can i not worried? its my back. although the nurse also said it will goin to be fine with me for now and future. worse of all. i was informed to change a new spectacles. i received a letter from the health promotion board. and it states that i need a change of my spects.
